Mitchell/Martin, Inc (MMI), a $75mm leading provider of IT Consultants to the Fortune 500 community, is actively looking to ADD IT Recruiters. We are currently looking for experienced I.T. Recruiters with 1+ years experience in IT staffing or Recruiting with 2 - 5 years experience recruiting other professionals. We have locations in both Midtown Manhattan and Woodbridge, NJ .
MMI is a member of NACCB, Illinois IT Association, and Women in Technology and was recently named on the "50 Fastest Growing Staffing Firms in the US ," by Staffing Industry Analysts. The company is based in New York City , with additional offices in New Jersey , Connecticut , Georgia , Ohio and Illinois
You will help to fill the professional I.T. staffing needs of our clients by working on both Direct Hire and Contract positions. Our client`s average full time positions` salary ranges are from $90,000-$200,000 and our client`s average contract positions range from $600.00 to $1,000.00 a day.
POSITION:
I.T. Recruiters are responsible for sourcing and developing relationships with the best I.T. talent in the region on an ongoing and proactive basis. In addition to sourcing, the Recruiter is responsible for screening talent to ensure a top notch candidate. Recruiters are responsible for interacting with our clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Search the market, find great talent, solicit referrals, build a strong marketable database of IT talent using our powerful internal Applicant Tracking Software and Database.
As a Recruiter with MMI, you will be working on filling ongoing open position with our existing and growing client base and job orders brought in by our Business Development Team. We have created a true team with good relationships between all team members sharing candidates and job orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have IT recruiting experience. The position offers independence and autonomy.
MMI has an extensive training program that combines classroom training with on the job training with Sr. Recruiters and Account Managers as mentors.
COMPENSATION:
We offer a base salary as well an industry leading commission and bonus package that not only rewards you for your placements, also the success of the team. With our plan and the volume of business that we do, you can easily earn $100K per year in your second year. MMI offers full medical and vacation benefits.
